Which Conchord would you rather fly with?
For those of you who have never heard of Flight of the Conchords I’ll give you a little background info. Flight of the Conchords is a two-man band consisting of Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement. They are formerly New Zealand’s fourth most popular guitar-based digi-bongo accapella-rap-funk-comedy folk duo. A comedy-music duo from New Zealand in case you didn’t get that. They turned their awesomeness into a hit television series on HBO called Flight of the Conchords, which just finished its 2nd season.

For those of you who are familiar with the Conchords this might be a hard choice. Close your eyes, pretend you are Mel, picture Bret and Jemaine walking toward you in all their manly glory. Do you choose Bret? Little, furry, and with animals on his shirt. Or would you take Jemaine? Slightly odd looking, but he’s got that sexy voice. It’s business time!!

Bret is a sexy sexy sex sex.
Jermaine got my vote. I know Bret is supposed to be the hot one but he is a little dumb at times. Jermaine’s deep voice and David Bowie impression sold me.
This was an easy one. I always feel so bad for Jermaine. When Brahbrah chose him in season two – despite his efforts on the epileptic dog benefit concert – my heart almost broke. He never gets the girl; or if he does, she is really weird (Australian). Voting for him was cathartic. Thank you.
i have to go with jermaine— he just looks more intelligent and someone like that is always more appealing to me. brainy is always safer and sexier.
i have to go for bret. he is hot. almost as hot as dan. i think dan voted for jemaine out of pure jealousy.
aimee, i agree that jemaine’s david bowie impression was amazing, but have you seen bret’s angry dance?
oh, and bret’s shirts are *amazing*, too.
I went with Jermaine. I really think he is truly the funniest with a bizarre sex appeal!
I sat this past Christmas on the computer for about 2 hours watching Flight of the Conchords. Amazing Christmas!
